How do I monitor a company?

Find the subject company using the form above.

Click 'Monitor this Company' at the top of the company details page and enter a valid email address.

That's it. We will email a password to you so you can log back in later and add more companies or edit your monitor list.

Upload a file

To monitor multiple companies you can either complete the monitor request form or download and complete the company monitoring spreadsheet or call the office and we can set up your monitors over the telephone.

What happens next?

We will alert you by email as soon as the latest accounts or annual return is filed and in the case of a change in risk score or credit limit. You can add as many companies as you like free of charge. You can edit your alert settings at anytime, simply visit your 'My Monitors' client area.

What alerts do i receive?

Alerts are deilvered by email. You decide what you want to be alerted for. Simply login (top right link of page) and go to your 'My Monitors' area, where you can decide from the options below:

	Credit Report Changes This includes change in risk score and credit limit.
	Accounts filings This includes company accounts, interim accounts and other accounts related document filings.
	Annual Return filings This includes Annual Return, Shareholders and Director filings.
	Charges All information or filings related to mortgages, charges and CCJs.
	Liquidation / Receivership All notifications of liquidation and receivership filings

Do I need to login to receive my reports?

No, we can send reports and documents to your inbox automatically. Go to your 'My Monitors' area and choose edit settings on the company in question. You can then choose to receive some or all updated reports and documents automatically.

You will need to have made a previous purchase so we can charge your credit card or account automatically. If you have not made a previous purchase, we ask for a first payment, and after that the documents will be sent automatically.
