Company Credit Reports and Annual Accounts

A Full Financial Credit Report is available for all UK and Irish where accounts have been filed and analysed. Reports include:

Statutory information
Includes registered name, address and company number, incorporation date, type of accounts filed and relevant filing dates, issued capital, company status, up to ten SIC codes and the principal activities statement. Data verified by Companies House. The auditors and the bankers are published where available.

Risk information
Includes latest recommended risk score as well as past five historical risk scores with score key, today's and previous credit limit, contract limit and a risk summary. A summary of the latest ten county court judgements also included.

Ownership
Details the group structure including any holding or parent companies and provides any subsidiaries ranked by turnover. Share capital structure and full shareholder names and addresses. Also includes details of the latest five mortgages, charges and satisfactions.

Profit & Loss account
Included where available, details all items for the last five years taken from the Accounts filed at Companies House. Which companies file profit & loss? Click here for details of exemptions.

Balance sheet
Displays the last five years worth of balance sheet items, indicating where notes are cross referenced to notes in the accounts section of the report, as supplied to Companies House. A further four items are taken from the cash flow statement.

Cash flow ratios
Lists the main liquidity, performance, leverage and gearing ratios.

Accounts notes
Includes information on items extracted from the latest set of notes such as exports, audit fees, intermediate assets, bank overdraft, and finance due to directors and group.

Growth rates
Provides % growth measurements for 1, 2, 3 and 4 year periods.

Company and industry comparison
Compares the subject company with all other companies within its industry type. Compares performance, turnover, liquidity, gearing, employees and other items.

Filing history from Companies House
Displays every change of name, all mortgage documents and one of each other filing type with a maximum of 20 being listed.

Officers
Includes the name, address and date of birth of the company secretary and all current and previous directors. If the directors have any other directorships listed at Companies House we list these, along with the relevant risk scores, free of charge.
