Where are my documents stored?

Document images and company credit reports are stored in the My Reports area of your account. www.ukdata.com/myreports

You must be logged in to view your documents online. Login page: http://www.ukdata.com/login

I have logged in to My Reports but cant view my documents?

Have you activated your email address?

The first time you register your email address with us, we send an activation link to the email address provided. You must click this link in order to verfiy your email address. Once verified you can view, print and download all documents in the My Reports area.

Your order may have been referred for manual intervention.

On occasion it is necessary for us to contact you to authorise your payment details. Reasons for this can be:

seperate multiple transactions carried out over a short period of time
multiple declined payment card transactions
director report purchases

If the payment is referred, you will be contacted within 30 minutes during office hours 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, please allow up to 5 hours.
