Our company does not authorise credit card use, can we open a credit account?

If you are unable to use the pay as you go service, you may consider the Prepay Account. Simply prepay £100 online, by cheque or other payment method and receive 10% on all purchases. We also now offer a Corporate Account, suitable for regular users, small and large businesses. A minimum payment of £950 is required, invoiced on account opening and payable within 30 days.

If we order large numbers of reports can we have a discount?

The prepay account offers 10% on all purchases, the corporate account entitles you to a substantial discount on all documents and reports ordered. See Corporate Accounts for more information.

Can we have mutliple email addresses assigned to the account?

Yes. Once you have registered, we can configure your account to allow multiple users to access your reports and documents. If you would like to take advantage of our account sharing facility, please contact Alastair or Chloe on +44 (0)1372 750800 during office hours or email the list of login email addresses to . What is my report limit?

The report limit limits the number of reports you can order in a month if you are an account holder. This is determined by your average usage and exists to protect you in the event your password becomes know to third parties using your computer. You can request a different limit by contacting our office.
