UK Data White Label Program Introduction Our credit reporting system is very advanced, utilising XML and Java with cross-browser compatibility. The developers have previously worked for Global Crossing, British Telecom and The National Grid. Our modular development approach allows us to add functionality and features within days and weeks instead of months. Our company monitoring feature allows visitors to monitor companies without paying for a report at any time. By building this, visitors coming are more likely to register which in turn results in a higher conversation rate over time which benefits both UK Data and our partners and affiliates. By end 2005 we will launch an International Credit Reporting system to deliver credit reports on any company worldwide. Europe will have online real-time searching built into this - reports on companies from other countries will be completed manually. Early 2006 we are launching a multi-lingual version of the website in French, Spanish and German.
Branding your website The UK Data website is built utilising CSS to manage layout, design elements and colours. This allows us to very easily integrate the system into partner websites. We have an example of this at www.simplycreditreports.com - although the payment section is currently retained on our own website. We can do the following for each 'white-label' partner: * Brand the credit report gateway to completely match the existing
website design. The simplest way to do this is for UK Data to buy secondary domain names such as your-domain-reports.com and host these on our application server. You would then point your search tools and links through to this domain. This also results in faster searching. We could host the application on your server if required but there is a developer cost associated with this.
Payment Management Payment Methods: There are two ways we can approach this: 1. The client website integrates the payment methods into the system of their choice and we work with their developers to integrate the subsequent authorisation systems into our gateway. We then invoice you for the reports taken. 2. We build a branded version of the payment system into our website - for example https://your-domain.ukdata.com so the look and feel is the same but there is less development work. We then pay you on a monthly basis with a detailed sales breakdown.
Support We can manage all the queries referring to billing, support and reports by email. You would also have a dedicated account manager who is available 9.00am-5.30pm on working days. We can supply dedicated telephone numbers for so that we answer the telephone as 'Your Domain Credit Reports - How can we help you'. We are happy to answer emails using email addresses supplied by you and can set up POP3 or IMAP email addresses from our server so that the visitor only ever perceives dealing with your company.
